What to expect

• 7 weeks
• 2 hour in-person sessions/week  
• ~12 participants per group​

Instructed by:

• 2 licensed PTA’s
• A supervising PT
• 1 lay leader

​Why Do We Do What We Do?

​Falls are preventable! Two of the highest at-risk populations in our society are older adults and the uninsured.

​After participation through our program, it has shown significant improvements in fall risk reduction for those populations and beyond.
